how can some one found innocent of a crime by a judge in your country and yet your immigration officers bring papers for that person to sign saying that person confess and when refuse to sign was told that he would not be able to be free

i need to know if sierra leone passport holders go to trinidad and tobago visa free.
i am from sierra leone but i live here in kingston jamaica i want visit for my vacation december 2012,i need to know what to carry along with me i mean like papers need for this trip and i need know if the immigration with ask me of any money to pay at port of entry.thanks god bless.
