i am a captain of a dutch yacht crusing the caribbean with my husband and child. after an unlawfull boarding in venezuela we had our passports confiscated and i decided for safety of crew, boat and myself to look for protection in dutch territory. my husband is dutch and my son and i are trinidadians. i'm on bonaire now and wonder if anybody can give information how to obtain new trini passports and if this can be done through trinidadian representatives in bes or curacao.
