First of all, I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Mohammed Dashti, and I’m a former consultant especially within the community of local Bahrainis. I have had cases with different diagnosed patients. I’m operating my business from home. I have been connected by bahraini business people in Bahrain; they have given your reference to me to be in contact with you.
I'm writing to seeking for your help in supporting with humanitarian and compassionate effort with the current case, Patient Name: Abdul Nasser Bandar Abdulla,Nationality: Bahraini,Gender: Male Identification no. 770104606, Age: 34 years Old, Case: Diabetes mellitus type-1, hypertension and chronic kidney failure, Started Dialysis: on February 2008.
