Visa application for my wife, Delan Mezban, who is Iraqi citizen
Could you confirm that you need the following documents with regard to a visa application ?
a. Letter of Support emphasising that my wife, Delan Mezban (Iraqi) has a Belgian residency card and has applied for Belgian citizenship; b. the visa application form; c. a copy of her Iraqi passport; d. a copy of the Thai visa issued to her last year; e. a copy of her Iraqi ID; f. a copy of her Belgian residency card; g. three passport photographs).

I can send all this via DHL and later coordinate with UN colleagues in Amman in order to pass by with my wife's passport to receive the visa if approved. My wife was issued a Thai visa in March 2013 and used it to spend wonderful holidays in Thailand. We wish to travel again to Thailand on 23 March 2014.

Do you already need a copy of the flight reservation and accommodation at this stage ?
May I send the above to
