We have followed all your instructions and got my mother-in-law's Srilanken windows pension in her account in SriLanka.

They pick up the phone right away when I called to get some info regarding life certificate. Very good service and thank you so much consulate.
Pension payments have suspended without any notifications. It is very difficult to contact the right person to discuss the issues in regards to suspended pension payments.
As January /February is very cold in Toronto requests for Srilanka penions annual Life certificat should be put back for Toronto residetns to June or July ever year
