my passport issue 2001, expiry 2006 how to renue my passport.
I am a Foreign Pensioner and sent my Life Certificate duly certified by Reg. Post in February 2013 to the Consulate Office in Toronto. However the Pensions Dept informs that my L.C has not been recvd to date and my pension has been withheld since July 2013. Pls inform date my L.C was forwarded to Pension Dept Colombo. My Pension No. is 522539
Hi I need to re apply for a new passport as my passport is expiring in november 2013. I hav had this passport for 10 years. i applied for a usa visitor visa and was informed from the consulate that my passport need to have at least 6 months validity. please advise the fastest approach to recieve a new passport as i am currently residing in canada and need to obtain my USA visa within 2 months.

I'm Srilankan Passport Holder. Presently, I'm in UAE. I would like to relocate to Canada. How can I get a canada Work Permit from UAE ?
6 friends are going to Sri Lanka for a vacation. We have had a very frustrating time getting the visa confirmation. The initial acknowledgement of ETA application arrived promptly, but to get the "final version" has been challenging for 5 of us. 1 has waited 4 weeks, another 2 week, then 1 week. There seems to be no where to enter the reference # in the "Check status" category in the ETA page, so when I called the Consulate the lady checked that my status was approved - but could not tell me where to enter the number for the others to check. MOST frustrating!
Fatima is a really helpful and very proffecional peason.Seh has been dealing with the people in an exceptional manner.
I would like to commend Fatima of your Consulate. I have called three times over the last few days and have talked to Fatima and she has been exceptionally well-informed and helpful.
