I think there should be an application form on the site, to make things easier
Dear sirs,
I would like to obtain a visa for taking part in an international dental meeting (IADR) on 14-17 July in Barcelona. I am an American resident and have green card and live in Iran. Please let me know how and when I should apply for my visa. Thank you for time and efforts.
