Dear Sirs,
As far as I know, Spain is also a member of Schengen states.
This means that the same regulation for obtaining visa should be ruled at this embassy as well.
Now,my question is that why you are asking for some different papers and documents and why you are not obeying the same procedure as other embassies????

I have heard that we are living in the 21st Century and the age of Electronic Information Processing. Why the Spanish Embassy in Tehran does not join the rest of the world and install an Electronic Visa Application System. It would be beneficial to both the Embassy and the applicants. Thank you.
why spain embassy in tehran does not provide facilities for online visa application and appointment for Iranian & others to spain Like UK, France ,Germany& etc...
