Is personal visit after returning from spain required?
I hav recently travelled to spain and got back on 28th...the lady at the immigration counter on my departure(from spain -madrid) stamped under my visa which says -VISIT CONSULAR GENERAL IN MUMBAI AFTER YOUR RETURN

This dint make any sense to me .I am a busy professional and really is a big inconvenience to go to Mumbai to show my face or passport thereto the consular general...while other two in the group were not asked to do this so why me anyways?
