I am interested in learning Spanish. I believe that the consulate offers weekend classes. Is the consulate still conducting these classes? How do I enroll into them?

Dear Sir, I am a Catholic Priest. Working in Spain. One of the ladies from my parish wants to bring her husband here in Spain with her family visa. But the consulate rejected his visa 2, 3 times ..there have no any problem in their marrage , because they have legally married in the year 2011. Kindly send me a solution to solve their problem..
