Ma numesc Lourdes sunt nascuta in Spania, am un frate geaman pe nume Antonio, si o surioara de 6 ani pe nume Patricia, eu cu fratele meu geaman suntem nascuti in Spania, cea mica este nascuta in Romania, pe mami o cheama Josefa Maria Garcia Sanchez (nascuta tot in Spania). Mami sa despartit de tatal nostrum (al meu si al fratelui meu) dupa mami la cunoscut pe romanul Cristian Ionut Braboveanu si am ajuns aici in Romania si asa a aparut si Patricia. Cristian dupa cateva luni si-a gasit un loc de munca in Constanta, a stat acolo timp de un an cu o domnisoara in timp ce noi locuiam in casa mamei lui si mami isi lua bataie de la mama lui si Cristian ii cerea bani lui mami pentru a sta acolo cu domnisoara pe nume Andreea si aceea domnisoara avea si un copil... Mami aflase ca sta cu aceea domnisoara si ca venise cu ea in Craiova iar mami a zis ca vrea sa ne intoarcem in Spania tot cu ceea mica iar ei au zis ca nu, ca ceea mica sa ramana cu ei. Mami sa dus cu Cristian la un accord de mediere pentru a stabili zilele in care Patricia sta la mami si zilele in care sta la tatal ei. Tatal a zis ca in timpul saptamanii sa cu ei si in weekend sta cu noi si nu a respectat pentru ca el, mama, tatal lui si domnisoara se duceau la servici si de la scoala o lua matusa Patriciei pe nume Alina (surioara lui Cristian)... La un momendat ne-au adus-o pe cea mica cu bubat si cea mica a zis ca vrea sa stea cu noi pana ii trece bubatul iar tatal ei a venit la bloc la noi si a batut la toate usile pana ne-a gasit si a luat-o pe cea mica cu tot cu bubat... Azi cea mica nu a fost la scoala pentru ca sa dus cu tatal, bunica si domnisoara la aeroport ca sa o duca pe matusa ei Alina la aeroport sa plece in Spania si mami ia zis lui Cristian sa o duca la scoala ca o ia mami de la scoala si el a zis ca nu are voie si mami sa dus la un avocat ca sa vada cum rezolvam cum reusim sa o recuperam pe Patrici azi am sunat-o chiar eu pe cea mica si ea singura mi-a zis ca nu vrea sa mai stea cu tatal ei ca nu il iubeste!
Pai cam atat am avut de spus sper ca o sa ne intelegeti cum stam aici in Romania cum suferim... Va multumesc!

I, DE Monelli Foerster, Elena J. Carmen
originally born in Bucarest , Romania, left it in 1980 for Toronto , Canada. I graduated with MA degree in English-German, EFL, Linguistics & Philology .

2. For 30 years I had lived in Canada . Since 1992, I had been accredited and licensed by the Ontario College of Teachers as Teacher of the English, German and ESL, Guidance Counseling and as a member in "good standing" .

3. From December 1, 2009 I came to Romania , Bucarest for two very important goals to accomplish them : a) to receive reparatorii measures- financial -monetary compensation for my parents ' propriety - house and land confiscated abusively in 1975 . I submitted all my documents as requested in 2001 to the Municipality of Bucarest ; recently I met and spoke to the Mayor of Bucarest who promised he will be working out my case trying to giving me the money they owe to me .

b) on the other hand I have been trying to obtaining my birth certificate from Bucarest , leading to be prepared an EU citizen passport
as a Romanian established abroad allowing me to stay and work in Europe, in Spain .

3. I have received an offer from "ABROAD LANGUAGES" C/Albareda, N.19, Sevilla, Spain for teaching the English language to students enroled to this school.

4. As the practices and papers connected to legalization procedures take more than expected , I respectfully request from you to
provide me the opportunity to stay and work permit as legally entitled to teaching at the above mentioned school in Sevila, until the romanian authorities will be completing the procedures to validate my legal status as a European Union citizen by releasing a passport to me .

4. I also like to acknowledge you as to ensure the legitimization of my status of stay and work permit in Spain I meet the eligibility criteria in conformity with legalization process as follows:

a) I possess enough financial means in order to obtain a stay and work permit , to support myself so as not to burden the national welfare system ;

b) I have a steady monthly income of 863 dollars,

c) I really wish to honoring the offer being made
to me by ABROAD LANGUAGES SCHOOL in Sevilla , Spain to work and live there .

d) Here in Romania, Bucarest , I have lived in hotel UNIQUE since my arrival in the country . So , instead to waisting my money here, I can go there , in Spain and trying to accommodate myself the best I could .
