I am Lue, I am studying English special course at Luang prabang TTC. This year is my third and last year and i am going to graduate in June this year.I am a Hmong ethnic group. i come from the countryside. As you know rural area people are farmers and burn rice field every year or factories are appearing in Laos.Those that have made the weather is changing to be hotter or flooding. I have looked for Korean embassy address many times but i just found this now.
