Dear, kindly Embassy of South Korea in Vientiane . I am a teacher at Souphanouvong university in majoring physics. I'm 24 years old. Most of people will know well that the human resourse developement, it's the duties of all teachers. If all teachers have no enough knowleges and then what happen to the human resourse developement and countries.
