I am a Motswana lady. I have been calling your office from the past weeks but I have failed to get some help. I am one of the WCC delegates to Busan in the 23rd of this month. I am a South African planning on working as an English teacher in South Korea next year (2014). I am not sure on how the visa and ARC applications work. Will you be able to help me with the following questions please?
Will I be able to enter the country with no visa and then apply for my ARC in South Korea? Or should I apply for a 90 day visa and then apply for my ARC in South Korea?
If I have to apply for my 90 day visa how does it work? Do I have to visit your office, how long does it take? What documents are needed?

I am a military collector, I am doing research om Capt M. Strydom, who was in the Korean War in the 1950's with the South African Airforce. He recieved the Order of Military merit 3rd class Chungmu 2nd grade, with silver star on ribbon, nr 19090. I would appreciate if I can get some information, why he recieved the decoration and if a miniature exist, as his miniature group doesn't have one.
