Dear Sirs/Madam,
I would like to submit my application by this week but since i'm coming from Johor Bahru, i need to confirm with you all the document required for Malaysian PR .
I shall forward the document to you as below mention;-
1. Visa Application Form (Application No: MA18ON000004);
2. An original Passport ( Passport No: B7202518);
3. A copy of My PR card (NRIC No: 940324-61-5088);
4. Confirmation letter of employment dated 11/01/2018;
5. Two photos;
6. A copy of Electronic flight ticket;
7. A copy of Tax Invoice for flight ticket;
8. A copy of Receipt of down payment to Korea Agency;
9. A copy of itinerary;
10. A copy of recent months pay slip;
11. A copy of salary increment letter;
12. A copy of EA Form;
13. A copy of employer’s recent bank statement;
14. A copy of my bank book cover;
15. A copy of certified account statement for latest 3 months;
16. A notarized Letter of Guarantee from Korea Travel Agency;
17. A notarized Letter of Invitation from Korea Travel Agency; and
18. Visa application fees (RM 168.00).
I would like to highlight that I am not qualified to pay personal income tax as my salary does not reach the minimum requirement. As such, I would like to emphasis that this visa application is use for an incentive trip fully sponsored by my company.
I hope you can guide me for this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration of this application.

Hi, I am Indonesian, I'm working in IT Industry, married with Malaysia Citizen holding a spouse Visa. I'm working in IT Industry. I would like to visit in March 2018. I have all the documents needed except the letter of guarantee.Is it necessary to submit the letter of guarantee because I don't have any relative & friends in Korea.
