the Korean government scholarship is oped and it is said that we can only apply through the South Korean embassy in our country, i have a degree and a master in sport science, i will like to have another master or a doctoral.how can i apply?

hey its me again, i never thought i would be thinking this scholarship thing so much but that's how much i want to learn in Korea.And if i may it would be nice if i got the scholarship. i know I'm not suppose to be ahead and i know i am not going to get it but if i do i would suggest the American high school in Seoul. i give my word to anyone who is willing that i will work even harder. i'm begging you Korean embassy to consider it to send me to Korea in 2013 . and thank you "kamsamida" again.
