I am a staff of FCT Universal basic Education in Area 2, Garki. I am pursing a scholarship in your country and I was told I can only for the scholarship through the Korean Embassy in my home town. That it is also the Embassy that will recommend qualified candidates to NIIED by 15th November, 2013. it is on this that I want to seek you consent on the matter Sir.
