I would like to know if the work permit visa and temporary residence permits will be delayed more? Any information regarding it? Our applications were filed in January7 and January14

Hi Archana, I have just checked the media news in VFS site Mumbai.. in that site they said it will remain closed until 24 th April 2014 . That mean they will open
28 april 2014.Please see the news and media

Yes i hav applied at Mumbai.But the elections were on 24th Apr.i hav been trying since last two weeks.

Where did you applied for Dependent visa?
If it Mumbai, because of General election South Africa high commission has been closed, exactly i don't know when

Has anybody received Visa(not tourist visa) in recent times? I hav applied on 28th Jan...still waiting for Visa..this is disgusting.The consulate officials at Mumbai are not even picking up the fone..and once they picked ...to my amazement...they didnt spoke a word...Ridiculous..
Hi Bodhall, I think there are few status can display i heard..
1.received
2.Processed.
3.Repatriation.
4.Passport Dispatched.
Probably because of Server failure....
We can't see the Updates.

Marathi that is the status I have been getting from the following day I submitted my application on 28th Mar. Next update probably would be that your passport has been despatched through courier once visa is granted.
Hi Applied for Dependent Visa to My wife and daughter.
In VFS Site when enter the Reference Number it saying" Your Application has been received at the "South Africa High Commission,New Delhi",
Once process has started what is the out come?
