I applied in January 2nd week..
Can u please give me the SA delhi embassy contact ?
I called to embassy in the morning regarding my ICT, they said till now they haven't processed January visa's. Get back to us in May end.

They are doing the manual work for visas till 27th of March 2014.

Just called embassy they said embassy is working in full swing and will be working tomorrow just to issue visas but will only send them out on monday and from next week they will workout on permits
Dear all, I request all to update once they receive their visas as well along with date of application. It will help others to forecast their own and plan.
And sorry I have no update on dependent visas or Permits.
