If u look at the number of applicants that are not satisfied with the services at the embassy offices in Mumbai--why isn't anything being done about ppl that work der and also time period for visas a real schlep

we have tried helpline, office numbers and emails. of no use.

I wonder if anyone works @ the offices cos no one responds to emails and tel number do not exist from out of india?

I agree. I called. Staff are very rude & unprofessional.

Managed to get through to right person after calling 8 times. Rest of the times either they hang up or simply don't answer at all.

Any way, they told me to check again next week. They are closed tomorrow.

Relatives Visa
They are simply hanging up the phone at the mumbai consulate when connected to visa section. Applied in September 2016 but still no result. highly frustrating.

My son-in-law applied for visa on 07/09/2016 from Ahmedabad. To date status remains same. This is 4th month.
Why does response takes so long---tel numbers do not exist and emails are never replied too.
Can someone plse respond
