I have applied for tourist Visa on 05/03/2015 and haven't received any updates about my application. My travel Date is 28/03/2015. Should I cancel my ticket or extend my trip?

Any information on the current delays at Mumbai consulate?
Has been now 3 weeks (10 working days) and yet not received passport/visa.
@Sadanand - Same kind of delay for me too, have applied on 3rd March but same status. Technically its the 10th working day today, considering all the weekends/holidays etc.
Please post if you get any update.

This is kishore venkatesan.my wishes for your well being sir.i have applied for my study permit renewal at South african consulate Mumbai.on 10 February 2015.i called them today they said that they need my previous training record and training certificate from my school where I was doing my pilot training.i have no idea what they are asking for as there is no training records in pilot training.can you please assist me with this sir.my token number is 463.
