I will advise you to not apply your visa application from Mumbai consulate as they are taking too much time for visa processing.
For Tourists /Business Visa-1.5 Month
For Critical Skills Permit : 2-4 months
For ICT Visas:2-4 month.

Should I submit Critical Skills Visa application Only in mumbai or I can submit other locations like Delhi,Pune,Bangalore VFS locations?
