Non Compliant to the Visa Deadline
Dear Sir,

I had applied for SA Visa for myself & my daughter with and app ref no. as DHMU/191015/0041/01 & DHMU/191015/0041/02

I had applied on 19th October and havent heard back on Visa approval. The status still shows as application send to embassy. I would request you to please process my Visa, I have already paid in full and cant even cancel my bookings. I am travelling outside Mumbai post 06th December.

I have called the Embassy several times but always get a response that they will look into this issue. Today I tried calling entire day but got the message that "route is busy".

Regarding the VISA Timeline
Regarding the VISA Timeline
Dear Consulate General Of SouthAFrica,

I heard that since so many months people are facing lots of issues regarding the VISA and even maximum deadline is not also meet by the Mumbai office. Worst thing is that no one is there to answer even. Tell us if people from all around the India should come and visit your office to know the status. Even worst that when we come there no one is allowing us to enter the office and ask the question.

My humble request that please look these issues very seriously as this impacts both individual as well as both the countries.

Hope that would be some solution in place soon
