Comments on this Embassy
front of house lady was VERY VERY unfriendly and aggressive. It almost put me off visiting your lovely country.
Good morning. I wanted to know if it was possible for me to apply for a schengen visa from here?
I'm in Dublin I overstay with 16 days I don't have money to buy a ticket I want to go back home can I get a help
I applied for a copy of my daughters South African birth cert through the embassy in Dublin, paid the fee in 2010. I still have not received it. When O tried to phone embassy in Dublin, there is never any answer.
I applied for my apostilled birth certificate in Nov 2014 so that my partner and I may be married in Ireland. I received a birth certificate a year later that belonged to someone else! I am still waiting and each time I call the answer is they are an intermediate service and not home affairs and therefore have no control. The personnel tell me they have very little contact with the SA home affairs and that they do not respond to their communication. They provided a telephone number for home affairs in SA, which one gets no answer to. So my hands are tied....and I wait! Shocking!
READ THE HEADLINES! This is not an official South African Embassy Page. They literally CANNOT communicate to you via this web page. The Foreign Affairs office won't let them!
Use the phone numbers or the e-mail addresses above. These are the *only* ways to get your answers or get your problems resolved.
This page is NOT official. It even says it above these comments.
It is very disappointing that one can't call this embassy, they advertise numbers n emails that re inexistent
