I am PNG Citizen, Government employee, working with Health Dept in POM, returning from Vietnam next week Thursday 22 of Nov 18, transiting, will need to wait fro more than 5 hours to come to pom.
I would like to ask if i can be given an approval/access permission to leave the Terminal/Airport for sight seeing and return. Please advise if possible.

I write on behalf of my boss who is scheduled to travel to Cyprus on 13 November 2018 but will need to renew his Schengen Visa through the Swiss Embassy in Singapore then transit to Cyprus. Will it be possible to process the visa within a day? Please advice.
