Can't contact via phone
First of all there no hours of operation listed here. secondly the phone no. listed just keeps on ringing, assuming that the office opens by 10 am or earlier have been calling now but no reply.
posting the hours would be helpful, then people don't have to work under assumptions.
thanks

I would like to seek for your advise on how do I register my present address so that I could get any Singapore government services letter whilst in the US.
