question about visa
hello,
i am Montenegrin citizen, my boyfriend is Tunisian and he is coming to visit me in 1 week . there is no montenegrin consulate or embassy in Tunis and Apperently Serbian embassy is in charge for travelers to MNE. I would like to ask when he can come to apply for visa because we have been trying to contact the Embassy but no respond for so long, by e-mail and phone, is it okay to come to embassy just like that in any time? we can't find more info online. Thanks
