Click on "Can I visit Serbia without a visa?" and you will see which citizens can enter Serbia without visa. Since people from Serbia need visa for Morroco, people from Morroco need visa for Serbia. Simple. Contact embassy for info about documentation for visa.

The summit Does not support the visa of Participants , would I know if the Embassy would help me , The summit is on 16 November 2013 .
