I am a Libyan petroleum engineer working in Russia, and I would like to go to Saudi Arabia for Omra in Ramadan with my parents (My parents are now in Libya).
My plan is to travel to Tunisia, and meet my parents there as well, we apply all for Omra Visa, and travel together to Saudi Arabia from Tunisia.
My question is: Is it possible for us to get Omra visa from Tunisia?
If yes, should I apply directly for Omar Visa in Saudi Arabia Embassy, or I should contact travel agencies in Tunisia (if yes, please provide me which approved travel agencies).
