والدتي المسماة زينب زرقاني مقيمة بالمملكة العربية السعودية منذ ثمانية أشهر تقريباً في إطار عقد كفالة لدى مشغل سعودي بمعية زوجته المغربية وذلك من أجل الإشتغال في مجال الخياطة إلا أنها وبعد شهرين من التحاقها بالعمل فوجئت بالوان مختلفة من ضروب المعاملة القاسية والتعدي على الحقوق الشخصية والمهنية بلغت حد مصادرة مرتبتها وأجرتها ورغم تدخل الجهات الامنية السعودية في مناسبات عديدة من أجل إستردادها بعض حقوقها إلا أن الكفيل يلجأ إلى المماطلة واستغلال الوضعية الهشة التي يفرزها نظام الكفالة التي وللأسف لا تقل مهانتها عن العبودية بل بلغ الأمر حد العبث بممتلكات والدتي التي تقبع حالياً في شبه سجنٍ بمقر اقامتها الاجباري الذي لا يمكن أن تغادره حسب مقتضيات عقد الكفالة الظالم بل إن الكفيل ونظراً لوجاهته وحظوته الأمنية لم تقع محاسبته إلى حد الأن رغم عدم تسديده لاجرة والدتي فضلاً عن سرقة مبالغ مالية من مقر اقامتها في مناسبات عديدة على أن وضع والدتي بلغ حداً يهدد بقاءها بعد أن تعدى عن كرامتها وانتهاك حقوقها الإنسانية البسيطة بعد قطع الكهرباء في مثل هذا الجو المناخي الخانق من صيف السعودية هذه الوضعية الحرجة وغير الإنسانية باتت تهدد سلمت والدتي وصحتها في ظل حالة الإغماء المتكررة وهبوط السكري في الدم علاوةً عن نقص الحدي فيي المؤنتي والغذاء مما اضطرها إلى الاكتفاء بالماء و السكر .نداء إستغاثة إلى كل من يهمه الأمر من جهات حكومية وقنوات ديبلوماسية وهيئات حقوقية ومنظمة الدفاع عن حقوق الانسان ولا سيما المنظمات النسوية من أجل التدخل لاغاثة والدتي وسترجع كرامتها وحقوقها واموالها المسلوبة وإعادة الإعتبار إليها ومنع استغلالها وقبل ذلك إنقاذ حياتها المهددة. نداء إلى ذوي الضمائر الحية والنخوة الوطنية والكرامة العربية والروح الإسلامية .فهذه أختكم تعيد نداء وا معتصماه . ملاحضة :أعاني الأن من صعوبة الإتصال بوالدتي عبر الانترنت بعد أن سرقة منها حاسوبها الشخصي فضلاً عن نفاد رصيد هاتفها الجوال على شبكة زين السعودية علاوةً على قلة ذات يدي وأنا الطالبة اليتمة التي اضطرت والدتها إلى مغادرتي الوطن من أجل أن تكفل لي ضرورة العيش ومستلزمات الدراسة ولكن هيهات في ظل ما أل اليه أمرها من إستغلالٍ فاحش وتهديد وابتزاز .
