We intend going for umrah in Dec 2016. Can my family apply personally in Pretoria for an Umrah visa for 2 weeks. I have been there in 2012?

As salam o alaikum Previously i send message to you about my passport which had umrahs visa and was burnt i manage to get new passport and ask you to reprint for me visa where embassy said to my travel agent they can not help i still got my valid ticket
and valid visa if you can reprint for me i will be grateful to you can you please respond me or assist me before is expired jazakallah khair

I am very disappointed with the decision was taken by Saudi embassy for me because of protest in Hamman kraal where mine and mine family’s passport was burnt which had umrah visa . I already had umrah visa with members of six in family and our passport was coming from our agent to where I am staying is around 300 km from Pretoria the time it was coming to us all our passport due to protests they burn the truck which was used for courier and all of my passport was burnt. I tried and get new passport from south African home affairs I did explain them my situation that I want to visit my holy place Makkah and medina and alhamdulillah with Allah’s mercy I managed to convince them and I got my new 6 passports in 2 days which is impossible but with grace of almighty I have been succeeded
After that I gave my passport to my agent to send it to royal Saudi embassy where I got negative respond to say that they cannot help me to reprint my visa on new passport I am feeling very ungrateful that I managed to make understand people with no imaan and my brothers in Islam are not understanding my situation and refusing to help me.
I need your help if you van assist me on this. or please guide me to the right person and my brother in Islam please understand that problem with my passport was not created by me it happen cause of protest which is not in my hand to stop it
I am really sorry to write this kind of email to you according to my travel agent I cannot get any help from Saudi embassy I thought I can try in shaa Allah with Allah’s help and mercy you will be able to assist me.
