I am working in Saudi Arabia since 2013. Before coming to Saudi Arabia I worked as postdoctoral fellow in Institut de Chimie Moleculaire, CNRS, Universite de Bourgogne, Dijon from 2008 to 2011. Next, I worked in CNRS, LMSPC, Universite de Strasbourg from 2011 to 2012 as a postdoctoral fellow. At present, I am going to join as Assistant Professor, at King Abdulaziz University. Though I am having convention de Accueil letters, here they are asking Saudi authorized experience letter. Can you please help me how to get Saudi Authorization on my experience letter.

i need to apply for a saudi business visa. i am an australian living in the south of france - i will have an invitation letter from the company in saudi but wanted to know what other documents were needed to ensure a smooth application and if i had to come to in person to the embassy and if the passport and visa can be mailed back to me in the south of france
