إننی حبیب الرحمن بن سید عبد الرحمن، أتیت من هراة إلی کابل للنیل علی التأشیر لأنی أرید إن شاء الله تعالی زیارة الحرمین الشریفین والعمرة مع زوجتی. مع الأسف ، منذ أیام لم أستطع الدخول فی السفارة والآن أیضا السفارة مغلقة منذ ثلاثة أیام.
ولأنی أعمل مع مؤسسة لاأقدر البقاء فی کابل أکثر من ذلک. فأرجو السفیر الکریم والمسؤولین الآخرین أن یمنوا علی بإعطاء التأشیر ویخبرونی کیف ومتی أستطیع الحصول علیه.
