My name is Farid Ahmad from Kandahar Afghanistan. A visa for Umrah ceremony has been OK and when call the receptionist for the issue her behavior is completely unacceptable with all people when we call her about our visas information so she doen't find the related person and harshly answered us so my desire is to train the receptionist and understand her to do her job faithfully.
