I m sorry to say Mr. Hammad although you are very loyal to pakistan. but unfortunately like our politicians you are also highly energetic and well informed person.
Can you guarantee a doctor, to work as a doctor... can you guarantee a economist to work in same field. i personally know doctors working as civil servants, engineers working as economist. if you say they have reference then why not they use there reference in there own field.
So result is we have more trained peoples then the opportunities available in pakistan.
if pakistan is spending on each doctor around 7 lakh and on an engineer around 4 lakh, then y you are wasting this talent... let them go and send money to pakistan.
At least it is better to have expat earning to pakistan then to have educated criminals. which is really very difficult to handle.
I hope my humble request might be able to convince you, that we are not loosing our talent by transferring extra talent to other countries... rather then we are polishing our talent for the future challenges of pakistan.

Pakistan is facing difficult times at the moment but that doesnt mean that we should say bad about about our country, i hope that when this corrupt government departs , country,s economy will be streamline and again we will be on the right track.... hi, i hv tis ancient Islamic/Persian coin which is with my family for morethan 250years.
On one side it has written KALMA.E.TAUHEED surrounded by four names of Muslim Caliphs.On other side it has a picture of an old building resembling a mosque and there is some text beneath it which i dont know is arabic or persian. It is 100% real and geniune and hasnot been manded or altered in anyway. The pictures are of actual item you will see what you will get.It is a great piece of ancient art & craft for collectors or someone interested in it.
