i have been buying some used heavy equipement for a company in saudi arabia jeddah from USA . usually i am asked to legalize the certificate of origion as well as the commercial invoice from the saudi consulate in washington . can you please let me know of any required prcedure to do that when i buy used heavy equipment from germany . where should i send the documents to be legalized , how much does it cost , how long does it take , is there an e-mail to contact the consulate of saudi arabia directly about this issue .. thank you .. tamer
