Iam An American Citizen In New York
The United States is a sham country loaded with double standards. Us american citizens do NOT have any clues about what the U.S. Government is doing in our names inside Syria. Its very hard for us to speak out against the U.S. Government. If another country tries to arm american citizens with guns just to fight the U.S. Government do you know what will happen? First, the U.S. Government will attack the american citizens by guns or whatever and then lable us terriorist and forced us in life term prison senteces or kill us. Second, the U.S. Government will declare war upon the country who provided the arms to any U.S. Citizen with desires to fight the U.S. Government.

A discussion about Syria.
Over 100,000 people have lost their lives in Syria resulting from a war with rebels financed by others outside the Nation. The financing of this rebel cause is a comprehensive International Criminal Act. Mr. Assad does not need chemical weapons to defend the Nation. Instead, the Syria government would benefit from action taken by the United Nations Security Council in sanctioning all involved in financing the rebel conspiracy. This action would establish a deterrant to future support for incidents of this nature on an International Level. Thomas W. Makin, envoy to Switzerland for President Richard Nixon, 1972; United Nations Jr. Ambassador, 1972, authorized by Secretary General Kurt Waldheim, 1972.

Syria chemical weapons.
To the Ambassador for Russia to the United Nations: Attention: The arms locations of Syria are positioned in many locations, just like other Nations. Syria rebels have obviously discovered a chemical weapons arsenal and have used this in the recent past. The communications regarding the use of this that have been reviewed by the United States authorities looks like a sham to me. We need a better approach here.

Syria Rebel Militia arms shipments.
President Putin: Any Nation that arms a Militia which disturbs the peace and costs the lives of people in another Nation is subject to International Defense Sanctions at the United Nations. Syria rebels are recieving arms in this criminal way. I wish to see a block on all forms of support for this gang. Respectfully yours; Thomas W. Makin, Former Envoy to Switzerland, Nixon Administration, 1972: United Nations Junior Ambassador, 1972; authorized by Kurt Waldheim, Secretary General, 1972.

Syria attack.
Vladimir: I fail to see any evidence of poison gas contamination following the previous attack on Syria by this other Nation. The provocation for the attack is seriously questionable to me.

The UNC Command needs to stop provoking North Korea.
President Putin: The continual annual military drills put into place by the UNC command on the North Korea border has caused continual provocation since I began the study of this in Switzerland in 1972. As the nuclear age has developed, this situation is becoming more and more potentially unstable. The situation should be addressed at the United Nations in an effort to cause UNC concerns to build up defensive deterrent systems where necessary, instead of provoking a major military mobilization on the North Korea borders. A major UNC ground military mobilization will not work at all to begin with even if one was considered, so do not support these military drills at all.

Do not support punitive sanctions against North Korea at the United Nations.
In the United States, actions for claims against the government as a result of something gone wrong or done wrong are accepted. Punitive damage awards are barred. The same thing should occur at the United Nations. Barring North Korea from importing luxury items is a Punitive Measure. Strike this sanction down.

In concern for the interests of North Korea.
If North Korea could commit resources to approach its space program by using a capable aircraft to launch its orbital projects, it is my opinion that, for the most part, the program could stay in compliance with reasonable international laws. Second, the North's use of derivitive profits based on disclosed documents of its uranium holdings would help achieve non proliferation of uranium concerns. Third, the Northern Limit Line should allow qualifyed North Korea commercial operations to cross over. The UNC should consider this. My approach is the peaceful resolution of difficult issues instead of arguing impossible differances of opinion. I would appreciate your suggestion and support of these matters at the United Nations.

North Korea Northern Limiting Line Issue.
As a matter of study, the NLL appears to be in place to contain the North Korea military within the three mile zone. It is my opinion that the North should be allowed to exceed the border for commercial shipping and fishing, provided that the North ships are not escorted with gunboats and submarines. This kind of approach lessens the possibility of military mobilization on the part of the North. International agreements must be reached to protect the North ships from being confiscated or attacked when operating outside the three mile zone. Support for this matter at the U.N. is crucial, and such support is an effort to maintain the peace. Possibly a suggestion regarding this at the U.N. would be helpful. Thank you for your consideration.
