Use of Uranium Investment Paper for Peace.
To: Honorable Vladimir Putin, President of the Federation of Russia: I am a former exchange student to Saanen, Switzerland, 1972, and former Envoy for former President Richard M. Nixon. I have used the websites of both North and South Korea in referance to my ideas about starting the international use of Investment Paper representing Uranium on a US ounce basis in order to initiate the study of managed Uranium derivitive financial holdings based apon an options strategy supported by the underlying Uranium investment. In regard to North Korea, it is my personal opinion that the Nation could outright purchase more wheat than it needs at any given time without selling or moving the Uranium itself. You might research this. This strategy is appealing because it is not based apon military defense and could be very useful to General Kim.
