Since your Russia woman want to invite you, it is very easy, she will need to go to immigration and apply for private visa, after which you already sent her your passport data page, she will provide all details like bank statement , accommodation... You just need to apply for ndlea drug clearance . Police character certificate, police deportation certificate, health insurance, HIV certificate at ave Maria hospital, VI ..Your woman in Russia will provide other documents ... You don't have problem to get visa ..But I don't know the visa fee for private visit visa... , be wise ooo, if you cheat on her and if she found-out and decide to kick u out... She will cancel your registration here.. Just don't do anything stupid when you come here... Good luck
My information came late, Moscow state university is the best uni in Russia federation, getting admission is not easy because acceptance of students are limited due to thousands of foreigners who apply yearly... You will have to pay fees in full before they send invitation letter... They might not reply you... Just call them and stop wasting time sending mails... You might be lucky.....call them...or better apply in people friendship university... Also a good school or mpei....national research university... These are top schools too .. Since you like Moscow ...
