Please advise as to his health and safety in Chechnya.
I have a friend in Moscow Russia who want to come to Botswana, she told me that a satain agency is processing a visa and other ducuments for her to travell to Botswana, but according to the Statutory Instrument No.88 of 2006 of the Republic of Botswana; citizens of the Russian Federation do not need visa for travelling to Botswana.
