I kindly ask you to send a reply to zapros of the (passport Stol) in the city of( Nalchik- Kabadino Balkaria Republic)
beacause I have been waiting for a month to have a residence permit here ande they are waiting you reply to testify the LAW and Item of the law according which you issued my citizenship.
please reply them a quick as possible.
