I applied for the Russian scholarship to obtain a doctorate degree in economics and I filled out the application form and sent all the documents. I wrote to the office of Restradenchestvo in my country and sent him the incomplete documents, but it was a long time I did not get his answer to my request despite sending a lot of inquiries.

i want to make some change and correct in my application some correction:
1. Do you have citizenship? At the main form you've marked "without citizenship", that contadicts your passport' scan.
i attached it and i am iraqi .
2. Do you have relatives in Russia? You've marked "the status of compatriot", that means you have any relatives in Russian Federation. If not, you shoud choose "no".
3. Also you didn't indicated ITMO in the list of Educational Organizations. Does it mean you are not going to apply the ITMO University? i want to put it in my choice
4. You didn't uploaded the translation of your passport;
5. In the application form: you've mentioned that your basic degree is PhD, if that's true you should upload your degree certificate; otherwise - correct the application form.
i complete Mc.S and want to get PHD
When is the last date for submission of the Russian fellowship? Does the study include a bachelor. The required documents translated into Russian or comes in English
