How to get in Ctct with Romaenien Consulate if no emails and tel numbers function?
Dear Gentlemen, we have an urgent problem of a lost pass, which we were advised to renew in GK of Romania in Munich as this consulate seem to work more effectively then other ones. But no telephones or emails are functioning... How to get an appointment for reclaiming the new passport in Munich and how can we find out which Docs are required? Can we get that within a day ? Please give me a tip where to get these infos. We live far away and don't want to travel for nothing. Thank you very much!

Hello:
My name is Sorin-Mihai Stanescu and I am from Romania. I have a Masters Degree in medical engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest.
I was to be in America on the 24th of April. But there was a snag and guys can help me out in this real life situation.
I left Romania to go to America, cause in Romania I was only making 250 month, and starving. I had a transfer in Munich Germany. And now the big story the customs authorities in the Munich airport say that I need to have at least $10,000 in my bank account or I can’t board my plane or go through customs. I had my plane ticket, my passport, and my American visa. I was never told about having $10,000 dollars in a bank account, I am a average Romanian, I would never have that much in my life time.
My Romanian Embassy or Consulate says its wrong that I don’t need that. The American Embassy says its wrong. And the German Embassy says it wrong. But the authorities at the airport say differently. My own chancellor at the US Romanian Embassy says someone is lying. He said that is very wrong as well.
I need help form anyone, any agency, any country. I am now stuck in Germany, Homeless now in Romania if I go back and jobless. And I cant get to America, where I have a place to live, grow, and work is waiting for me.
According to Airport Authorities Romania and Bulgaria immigrants to America need to have $10,000 in a bank account or proof its there when they go through German customs to go to America.
I only have 7 days left and than my ticket to will no longer be any good
Someone please help me find the truth and get me to America. The Customs even say I only have to have proof, I have that kind of money. How would any average Romanian have that kind of cash. I don’t even want that much, I would give it back just to get me through customs.
If I don’t get help I will be homeless, jobless. Someone help me please figure out this red tape everyone is pushing off on everyone else country or embassy.

Don’t think you’ve ever heard of Andreea Balan shes a singer in Romania. Romania news told me she also couldn’t cross, her father is in usa without a letter and the freaking 10000. Same story. But she had the money to show in the account. This was on the news too, but nobody can do anything. It looks if Sorin Cant show the money in his account he will never get to usa. And the time is not much left. I am positive true though, but now I found out that I am not the only one with that kind of racism, and nobody can actually do anything for him. It is a hidden law for rest of people but well know off Romanian and Bulgarians. That’s it though I wont have the money then, I will give up honestly! I will never think to get there any more. My life is over, my life is finished if I cant figure out how to just show them. Its all I want, I only have to show, I don’t even want that kind of money.

Am o nelamurire, ma aflu in Germania si doresc sa imputernicesc un prieten sa vanda un teren din Romania si sa semneze contractul de vanzare...am facut la un notar o imputernicire in romana pe care doar semnatura mi-a autentificat-o si nu este bun.Imi trebuie toata procura sa fie autentificata si am inteles ca doar la consulat se poate face, va rog sa a indrumati in acest sens.va multumesc

Oficiile consulare nu eliberează cărţi de identitate româneşti.

Cetăţenii români aflaţi în strainatate, care au avut act de identitate, dar este expirat/pierdut/furat/distrus, pot solicita autentificarea de către consulat a unei procuri speciale, prin care să împuternicească o persoană cunoscută din România să depună toate documentele necesare şi să ridice cartea de identitate de la serviciul public comunitar local de evidenţă a persoanelor din localitatea de domiciliu a solicitantului. Aceasta se poate solicita cu maximum 6 luni înainte de expirarea cărţii/buletinului de identitate.

Cetăţenii români aflati în strainatate pot depune cererea pentru eliberarea primului act de identitate împreună cu documentele prevăzute de lege la misiunile diplomatice sau la oficiile consulare ale României.

Documente necesare:

5 fotografii color identice, 3 x 4 cm, cu bandă albă la bază de 7 mm;
un document de identitate românesc valabil ( paşaport, titlu de călătorie);
Dacă nu mai aveţi carte de identitate sau paşaport în termen de valabilitate, va trebui să solicitaţi la consulat, mai întâi, eliberarea unui titlu de călătorie (taxa 65 euro).

datele de identificare ale persoanei împuternicite (nume, data şi locul naşterii, domiciliul, seria şi numărul buletinului/cărţii de identitate/paşaportului, CNP).
De reţinut!

Documentele se prezintă în original şi fotocopie.
Taxa consulară: 60 euro
Dacă nu sunteţi dvs. proprietarul locuinţei unde aveţi domiciliul, împuternicitul va trebui să prezinte, la solicitarea cărţii de identitate în România, declaraţia de luare în spaţiu din partea proprietarului. Dacă proprietarul se află în străinătate, acesta trebuie să solicite autentificarea declaraţiei respective la unul din oficiile consulare ale României (taxa 60 euro).
Dacă în prezent aveţi paşaport de cetăţean român cu domiciliul în străinătate, nu veţi putea obţine o carte de identitate decât dacă depuneţi personal în ţară cerere pentru restabilirea domiciliului în România.

I'm deeply shocked about your law that allowes to kill all stray dogs in Romania!!! Please think about, that animals have a sole too - that they feel pain and that they have feelings too! Please find another solution together with 4Pawns. Let us help you but let dogs alive. Imagine what Romanian people are doing with the animals if you promise them 25Euro for each death dog!!! STOP IT PLEASE!!! there are other solutions - better ones. PLEASE.
