About romanian visa first you need invitation letter from romanian cityzen or romanian company and with this invitation can apply for visa.

Dear Government of Romania.
I'm deeply shocked about your law that allowes to kill all stray dogs in Romania!!! Please think about, that animals have a sole too - that they feel pain and that they have feelings too! Please find another solution together with 4Pawns. Let us help you but let dogs alive. Imagine what Romanian people are doing with the animals if you promise them 25Euro for each death dog!!! STOP IT PLEASE!!! there are other solutions - better ones. PLEASE.
