i am indian national and i was working in oman. My oman visa was not cancelled. It is still open. Can i apply for qatar visa?

Last June I resigned at Qatar and they cancelled my visa and now Im working here in Oman holding Visa, and My labor Id showing my work as Civil Engineer. Can I visit Qatar this eid for 3 days even my working visa in Qatar was cancelled .

My Omani resident visa will expire on 12/12/2012 as I am aware I have to have 6 months valadity on my visa to visit GCC, plesae inform me if I can visit DOHA on the 11 of june 2012 and be back by the 14 of june 2012
I would like to travel to Doha.Is it possible to get the visa on arival.Allredy my family is visiting there.I am working as manager of transport (resident card)in Oman.i want to meet them for one week in this month.Thanks & regards.
