Caro Oficial do consolado portugues,
Eu ficava agradecido se me pude-se mandar informacao a cerca dos militares que serviram nas Forcas Armadas em Angola com eu que servi na Forca Aeria por 3 anos se tenho direito em receber alguma pensao do governo portugues.
Se for possivel me dar alguma informacao relacionada com a minha pergunta, eu muito apraciava a informacao.

I'm a portuguese citizen living in the Sintra, Lisbon area of Portugal. I'm visiting my son who is living in Los Angeles, USA. My son and his wife,wish to get residency documents in Portugal as they are spending more time in Portugal and wish to live there and in Los Angeles for extended times,also request to become portugueese citizents.
How do they go about handling it, what do they need to present and where do they send the information to receive the residency documents and the citizenship documents
