miss rahat first of all you should submit these documents to embassy and 20 thousand fees,embassy will send lawyer to ur home after lawyer,s report embassy will attest u documents and will give to u,then u can send these documents to ur husand and he will submit to here immigration office.1st u do this then i will explain further,u need these documents for embassy
ur birth certificate.
birth certificate of ur son and daugher
ur manual nikah nama with emglish translation
ur NADRA nikah nama
ur criminal certificate
if ur childs are above 16 years then their criminal also.
1st these documents must b attested from foreigh office then u can submit to embassy for attestation

Documentation requirement
My husband is living in Potugal.since last 12.
i want to go to him.So i need info for least documents requirement and rest of the visa process for Portugal. what documents would be required fr me and my kids.

yes zeeshan your mother has right if she has birth or marriage certificate,as i know your mother will submit her birth or marriage certificate to portugal embassy for attestation,after necessary verification they will issue portuguese ID card to ur mother,after getting ID card your family can submit ur,s pakistani or indian birth certificate to embassy,if accepted they will issue visa to u.it,s better for further info u can call to embassy or e-mail...051-8447042. and portugal.islamabad@gmail.com

Mother's nationality
My Mother has birth in Empire of Portugal in Goa (India) 1963 and She has a Birth Certificate as prof, after getting married she is resident in Pakistan, now my mom want to apply for residential visa with family or initially, how much chances that she will get the visa and what is the procedure? plz let me know at zshn.lakhany@gmail.com

no if person is divorced then it,s not required.it,s required when person did not marry in his life

Certificate of Non Impediment letter
is that paper also required if a person is divorced and he has divorced paper attested from MFA

AHMAD you need one more letter from union council...Certificate of Non Impediment Letter and then attest from MFA also
