Tariq , you have to get criminal certificate from your city after that submit in national police bureau Islamabad, then they wil issue new national criminal certificate for you.
Dear, I Lived In France, I have applied portugal nationality the demand me to submit character certificate which issued from ministry of interior in pakistan and attested from the embassay of portugal in pakistan. But in pakistan ministry of interior did not issued character certificat. Will you help me in this way are tell me if this document issued in paksitan.
