I have tried contacting Portuguese ministry of foreign affairs before. They do not reply either.

This is beyond insane because embassy is closed down since July this year. Few criminals committed a crime but why are us normal people being punished? Portuguese government is abusing human rights.

Complains to Ombudsman in Portual
Issue is from Portugal, who does not allow the issuance of visa from Islamabad Embassy, due to corruption issues. They are unlawfully punishing the innocent people for the corruption of their own people in embassy. This is violation of human rights, specially for the cases of Family reunification. They are keeping the families apart by closing down the consular section in embassy.

I have filed a complaint to Ombudsman of Portugal, and I suggest everybody to do the same. you can file a complain on this link. http://www.provedor-jus.pt/

Problem is not with Portuguese Embassy in Pakistan. It is the Portuguese government which is not allowing Portuguese embassy in Pakistan to accept visa applications. I heard that this is happening because of human trafficking by pakistani officials to portugal.

Few criminals committed a crime and Portuguese government decided to punish every single Pakistani. What a shame.
