Aap yeh dono documents pahlay ministry of foreign affairs in pakistan, se attest karwaen, phir Pakistan embassy in lisbon say attest karwaen. SEF will accept this.

There is no other way, unless you try a tourist schengen visa from any other EU country and then change it to research visa once you are in Portugal.
Thanks for the information. Can you tell me any other way to reach Portugal ? I am invited on a research visit by a government university in Portugal. I asked other regional Portuguese embassies but they say they need PRC of that country first. Like I have to have PRC of that country first then I can get Portuguese visa from Portuguese visa of that country. Do you know any other way to reach Portugal.
No Idea. I called embassy yesterday. They said they are waiting for orders from Portugal. no more information. They are as much clueless as much as we are on this forum.
Thank you for filing complain, Ombudsman is always active in Portugal for any kind of complain, I am pretty sure they will take action.
Attestation can be done by your regional passport office where from you got the passport and plz response the person who went to lisbon forign office that what is the latest news about family reunion visa applicants?
consular section bhi sirf wohi document attest karay ga jo Pakistan foreign office attest karay ga pahlay. Aap apnay documents foreign office say attest karwaeen, phir Lisbon me Pakistan embassy se attest karwa leen, yeh nationality application kay liye acceptable hain.

Tomorrow morning I am going to ministry of foreign affairs in Lisbon and will try to gather informations regarding family reunification visa and opening of counselor section. INSHAALLAH
